resident who transfers into another program shall not have his or her Pay Level
reduced. Advances through to Pay
Levels in the new program shall be according to the number of completed years
for the program to which he or she is transferring.

Practice Stipend
o
Effective until August
31, 2007: In addition to these Pay Levels, all Resident shall receive an annual
Practice Stipend to be paid on September 1st of each year in the
amount of $650 for Resident at Pay Level 1, $1, 000 for Resident at Pay Levels
2-8 inclusive.
o
Effective September 1,
2007 the annual Practice Stipend will be $720 for Residents at all pay Levels.
